2025 rates
Low season (from 7 January to 11 April 2025, and from 18 October to 19 December 2025):
€ 198 per day / € 1190 per week
Medium season (from 12 April to 27 June 2025, from 30 August to 17 October 2025, and from 20 December 2025 to 9 January 2026 ):
€ 225 per day / € 1350 per week
High season (from 28 June to 29 August 2025):
€ 265 per day / € 1590 per week
NOTES
Minimum stay: in low season, 3 nights; in high season, 7 nights with arrival on Saturday.
RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES A FIRST SET OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS, AND FINAL CLEANING.
The swimming pool is open from May to October. In the swimming pool it is required to wear a swimming cap.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Additional bed: €10 per person per day (max 1 additional bed).
Pets: € 40 supplement for each pet (this has to be notified and agreed in advance). Only 1 pet per apartment is allowed.
Heating: the cost of the heating is calculated based on the actual usage.
Deposit: A deposit of € 150 must be paid in cash on arrival (it will be refunded after the property has been left in good order).
Tourist Tax: € 1 € 1 per person over 12 years old, per day, maximum 7 days.
Possibility to add a cot for babies up to 2 years old (please specify this in the notes when booking).
