100 m2 apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor, with traditional Tuscan furnishings. The first floor comprises: living room with dining table, two sofas, open fireplace, cable-TV and kitchenette (4-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher); one double bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor comprises: a further double bedroom and one triple bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: washing machine and dishwasher. Allocated outside table and chairs are positioned conveniently at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the apartment.

RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES A FIRST SET OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS, AND FINAL CLEANING.

The swimming pool is open from 21 May to 1 October 2022. In the swimming pool it is required to wear a swimming cap.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Pets: € 40 supplement for each pet (this has to be notified and agreed in advance). Only 1 pet per apartment is allowed.
Use of sofa bed / Extra bed: € 10 per person per day.

Heating: the cost of the heating is calculated based on the actual usage.

Deposit: A deposit of € 150 must be paid in cash on arrival (it will be refunded after the property has been left in good order).

Tourist Tax: € 1 per person over 12 years old, per day, maximum 7 days.
